Step 1 - Mapping current practices and priorities

In this first step of the SRT, we invite you to explore the priority competencies defined by the BILT project as well as the additional ones identified by your institution.

More precisely, in this step, we invite you to analyse indicators on the supply and demand of these competencies in your skills and innovation ecosystem. In a complementary way, we also encourage you to reflect on the trends inherent to each of these competencies, so that their future perspectives are outlined.

This exercise will reveal institutional strengths and opportunities for improvement. At the end of the processes, we invite you to pick one of the competencies assessed in order to deeper reflect on it through the lenses of the Three I’s process.
