Preparatory process for the SRT

The implementation of the SRT workshop entails a series of preparatory measures that once taken will ensure a smooth and fruitful exercise. The preparation for this activity begins well before the execution of Step 1 foreseen in the tool, and includes remote meetings with the BILT team, the scheduling of the launch event, and the definition of the competencies that will be analyzed. Thus, we suggest that the first online meeting occurs at least 45 days before the date of the launch event, so that the institution has reasonable time to prepare the workshop.
